This city has 4 parts that each house hold controlls. each have it's own stroghold power strature to it! each ruler of every house are called Matron Mother and all 4 of them make up the rulling Consill.

but each House hold will have it's own rank and the higher you house is the higher you are!

The city it self is ruled right now by the 'Barrison Del'Armgo's House. With no Priestess in the house the power fell to it's Patron Elghinn Del'Armgo to lead the city to greatness, for now.
